35 years cultivating a brighter social future.
At the GreenLand Foundation, we focus on designing and implementing comprehensive projects aimed at strengthening society’s core unit: the family. Through a participatory diagnostic approach and value-based training, we address the social challenges faced by individuals and their families, neighborhoods, and communities.

Three decades serving our communities
What began on November 6 of 1987 as an effort to promote social development in the banana-growing regions of Uraba has grown into a long-standing commitment to bring health, sports, education, and housing initiatives to our communities. Today, we reach over 50,000 people annually in Antioquia, Caldas, and the other regions where the GreenLand Group operates.
Values and principles
At the heart of what we do is strengthening community groups and promoting family self-management through core values.

We are committed to upholding people’s dignity, protecting the environment, and celebrating cultural diversity, while fostering personal development, reinforcing values, and encouraging a sense of ownership over the land.

We believe in the potential of our team and community, supporting personal growth, fostering positive habit changes, and prioritizing mental health and well-being.
We strive to create equal opportunities that are fair, transparent, and based on solidarity. Our efforts focus on developing skills and strengthening abilities.
Individuals, families, neighborhoods, and communities are the cornerstone of society. Our approach is centered on strengthening and empowering growth at both the family and community levels.
Children, youth, and women are at the heart of our initiatives, designed to make the most of their free time while fostering safe and supportive environments.
Advancing social education, health, environmental stewardship, and socially innovative, nature-based solutions.
